Job summary

CCI Facility Contractors, LLC is seeking a Traveling Superintendent to oversee project quality, scheduling, and safety across government construction assignments. The role requires coordinating with Project Manager and Owners while managing subcontractors, inspectors, and site safety on active sites.

On-site office is at Eglin AFB, Florida, with a strong emphasis on adherence to contract documents and schedule.

Qualifications

• 10 years' experience in similar projects, building renovations, and/or new construction.
• Experience managing USACE and/or NAVFAC government construction projects.
• OSHA 30hr.
• Experience with Procore.
• Experience with RMS.
• Proficient with Word, Excel, and PDF.

Responsibilities

• Manage overall quality and production of work and conformance to Contract Documents.
• Coordinate/communicate with the Project Manager daily and with Owner as necessary.
• Manage subcontractor, contractor, owner, inspector, AHJ field coordination daily.
• Oversee quality control and safety programs on site.
• Manage deliveries, staging, loading, and unloading; supervise equipment usage.
• Review Baseline Project Schedule and provide input on dates and durations.
