Qualifikationen

• Strong written and verbal communication skills and ability to coordinate with government personnel.

Aufgaben

• Conduct surveillance of construction projects and deliver findings.
• Prepare surveillance reports documenting compliance with plans and specifications for workmanship, materials, installation, and construction methods.
• Review contract plans and specifications and recommend necessary changes to government personnel.
• Travel to and from job sites will be required.
• Attend preconstruction meetings and participate in quality control coordination with contractors and government staff.
