Job summary

Accura Engineering is seeking a Senior Construction Representative to supervise construction surveillance in Lexington, KY, ensuring compliance with plans, specs, and safety requirements. You will deliver surveillance reports, review plans, and coordinate with government personnel and contractors to support change orders and QA/QC processes.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; construction-related degree preferred.
• 7+ years of experience in construction project engineering/management/inspection.
• Experience with USACE/DoD/federal programs preferred.
• Familiarity with local permitting utilities and regional construction methods.

Responsibilities

• Conduct surveillance of construction projects and deliver findings.
• Prepare surveillance reports documenting compliance with plans and specs for workmanship, materials, installation and methods.
• Review plans and specs and recommend changes to government personnel.
• Provide site surveillance and assist in resolving discrepancies.
• Prepare and submit daily QARs and support documentation.
• Coordinate with government personnel, contractors, and project teams on QA/QC.
