Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; construction-related degree preferred.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in construction project engineering, construction management, or construction inspection.
• Experience supporting U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, DoD, Air Force, or other federal programs preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct surveillance of construction projects and deliver findings.
• Prepare surveillance reports documenting compliance with plans, specs, and workmanship.
• Review contract plans for changes and advise government personnel.
• Provide site surveillance and assist in resolving difficulties.
• Review daily quality control reports and ensure proper documentation.
• Travel to and from job sites will be required.
