Zusammenfassung

Accura Engineering seeks a Senior Construction Representative to supervise surveillance of large construction projects, ensure compliance with plans, and deliver detailed reports to government personnel. The role requires strong QA/QC knowledge, familiarity with USACE standards, and the ability to coordinate with contractors, review plans, and manage daily QA reports.

Qualifikationen

• High School Diploma/GED required; construction-related degree preferred.
• Minimum 7 years in construction project engineering, management, or inspection.
• Experience supporting USACE/DoD/federal programs preferred.
• Knowledge of QA/QC, contract administration, and safety requirements.
• Ability to review drawings, submittals, and schedules; monitor progress.

Aufgaben

• Conduct surveillance of construction projects and deliver findings.
• Prepare surveillance reports documenting compliance with plans and workmanship.
• Review plans/specifications and recommend changes to government personnel.
• Provide site surveillance and assist in resolving differences.
• Develop inspection requirements and control methods with government personnel.
• Prepare draft change orders and modifications for COR/ACO/KO.
• Submit deliverables for government review following established process.
• Review contractor Quality Control and Safety Plans for conformance.
• Attend preconstruction conferences and coordination meetings with contractors and COR.
• Monitor daily QC reports and ensure proper documentation.
• Travel to and from job sites as required.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
