Job summary

Accura Engineering is seeking a Senior Construction Representative for Lexington/Louisville, KY to supervise construction surveillance and prepare detailed reports for government review. The role requires extensive coordination with federal agencies, review of plans and specifications, and daily QA/QC documentation.

Travel to various sites will be required. US citizenship and successful background/drug screen are mandatory.

Qualifications

• Construction surveillance experience
• Ability to prepare detailed reports on construction phases
• Familiarity with contract plans and specs
• Experience coordinating with government personnel
• Knowledge of QA/QC in construction and safety requirements

Responsibilities

• Conduct surveillance of construction projects and deliver findings.
• Prepare surveillance reports documenting compliance with plans and specs.
• Review plans and specs and recommend changes to government personnel.
• Provide site surveillance and assist in resolving differences.
• Assist with change orders and data supporting actions.
• Develop inspection requirements and control methods with government personnel.
• Submit daily QA/QC reports and maintain deficiency tracking.
• Travel to and from job sites as required.
