Accura Engineering in Lexington, KY seeks a Senior Construction Representative to oversee surveillance of government construction projects and ensure compliance with plans, specs, and safety standards. You will prepare reports, review contractor quality plans, and coordinate with COR and other government personnel.

The role requires 7+ years in construction oversight, familiarity with federal programs, and strong communication skills. Travel to job sites is expected as needed.

Qualifications

• Must have strong surveillance and inspection capabilities on construction projects.
• Experience with quality assurance procedures and contract administration.
• Ability to prepare comprehensive surveillance reports and coordinate with government personnel.
• Familiarity with safety requirements and construction standards.
• Experience supporting large federal construction programs is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Conduct surveillance of construction projects and deliver findings.
• Prepare surveillance reports documenting compliance with plans and specifications.
• Review plans and specifications and recommend changes to government personnel.
• Provide site surveillance and assist in resolving differences.
• Assist government personnel in change order review and data preparation.
• Develop inspection requirements and control methods with government personnel.
• Submit change orders and modifications for COR/ACO/KO.
• Review contractor quality plans, safety plans, CPMs, and related documents for conformance.
• Attend preconstruction conferences and coordination meetings with contractors and COR.
• Maintain daily QA and surveillance reports and track deficiencies.
