Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; construction degree preferred.
• Minimum 7 years in construction project engineering, management, or inspection.
• Experience with USACE/DoD/federal programs is preferred.
• Familiarity with local area permitting, utilities, and methods.
• Knowledge of construction QA/QC, contract administration, and safety requirements.

Responsibilities

• Conduct surveillance of construction projects and deliver findings.
• Prepare surveillance reports documenting compliance with plans and specs.
• Review contract plans and recommend changes to government personnel.
• Provide site surveillance and assist in resolving differences.
• Prepare drafts of change orders for COR/ACO/KO.
