Job summary

Accura Engineering in Lexington/El Paso seeks a Senior Construction Representative to monitor construction projects and deliver surveillance reports on workmanship, materials, installation, and methods to government personnel.

The role requires a minimum of 7 years in construction project engineering, management, or inspection, with preference for USACE/DoD or federal program experience and knowledge of safety standards. Competitive benefits are included.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 7 years of experience in construction project engineering, management, or inspection.
• Experience supporting USACE/DoD or federal programs preferred.
• Knowledge of EM 385-1-1 safety requirements preferred.
• Familiarity with NFPA codes, IPC, and building systems is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Conduct surveillance of construction projects and deliver findings.
• Prepare surveillance reports documenting compliance with plans and specifications.
• Review contract plans and specifications and recommend changes.
• Provide site surveillance and assist in resolving deficiencies.
• Attend quality assurance meetings and maintain documentation.
