Job summary

Accura Engineering and Consulting Services, Inc. is seeking a Senior Construction Manager to oversee all aspects of large-scale federal construction projects at F.E. Warren AFB.

The role requires directing planning, scheduling, budgeting, and coordination with architects, engineers, and contractors, while serving as the main liaison for clients and stakeholders. The successful candidate will bring 10+ years in construction project management, a strong PM background, and excellent presentation

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or related field.
• Minimum 10 years Construction Project Management experience.
• PMP certification preferred.
• Experience with Federal Construction projects, particularly USACE, preferred.
• Strong PM leadership and presentation skills required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of construction projects from planning to closeout.
• Manage project plans, schedules, and budgets.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors; primary client contact.
• Review contract documents for schedule compliance and reasonableness.
• Identify risks and develop mitigation; ensure regulatory compliance.
• Implement quality control measures; conduct inspections and audits.
• Review contractor plans and submittals for approval; monitor progress.
• Prepare correspondence on contractor performance, RFIs, REAs and other issues.
• Assist with site visits and presentations to owner’s representatives.
• Provide guidance, mentoring, and training to team; oversee contract negotiations and disputes.
• Monitor progress and flag potential delays; brief project team.
