Job summary

Accura Engineering and Consulting Services, Inc. is seeking a Senior Construction Manager to oversee complex construction projects from planning through closeout at F.E. Warren AFB.

The role requires coordinating with architects, engineers, and contractors, maintaining schedules and budgets, and communicating progress to owners and stakeholders. Qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field, 10+ years PM experience, and US citizenship with ability to pass a federal

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or related field.
• Minimum 10 years of construction project management experience.
• PMP certification is preferred; USACE federal projects experience is preferred.
• Strong PM leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of construction projects from planning to closeout.
• Manage project plans, schedules, and budgets.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors to meet milestones and serve as primary contact for clients.
• Review contract documents for schedule compliance and reasonability.
• Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies; ensure regulatory compliance.
• Implement quality control measures to meet specs and standards.
• Conduct inspections and audits to address quality issues.
• Prepare monthly project reports for customers.
• Assist with RFPs, government estimates, and contract modification docs.
• Attend meetings with customers and contractors.
• Provide guidance and training to team members; oversee contract negotiations and compliance.
