Accura Engineering and Consulting Services, Inc. invites applications for a Senior Construction Manager to oversee large-scale federal construction efforts at F.E. Warren AFB.

The role requires directing multi-disciplinary teams, managing schedules, budgets, and quality programs, and serving as the main liaison with clients and stakeholders. Requirements include a bachelor’s degree in a related field and at least 10 years of project management experience, with PMP and USACE experience preferred.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 10 years Construction Project Management experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or related field.
• PMP certification preferred.
• Experience with Federal Construction projects, particularly USACE.
• Strong PM leadership and team motivation abilities.
• Strong presentation and communication skills.

Aufgaben

• Oversee all aspects of construction projects from planning to closeout.
• Manage project plans, schedules, and budgets.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors; serve as primary client contact.
• Review contract documents for schedule compliance and reasonableness.
• Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies; ensure regulatory compliance.
• Implement quality control to meet specs and standards.
• Conduct inspections and audits; address quality issues.
• Prepare correspondence on contractor performance, RFIs, REAs.
• Support site visits and present to owner’s representatives.
• Provide mentoring and training to team; oversee contract negotiations.
