Job summary

Accura Engineering & Consulting Services, Inc. seeks a Senior Construction Manager to lead complex federal construction projects at F.E. Warren AFB.

You will oversee planning, scheduling, budgets, and coordination with architects, engineers, and contractors, acting as the primary owner liaison and guiding project progress and resolutions. The role requires a strong PM background, ability to mentor staff, and experience with regulatory compliance and contract administration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field and 10+ years PM experience.
• PMP certification preferred.
• Experience with Federal Construction projects (USACE) preferred.
• Strong presentation and interpersonal skills required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all construction project phases from planning to closeout.
• Manage project plans, schedules, and budgets.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors; be primary client contact.
• Review contract documents for schedule compliance and reasonability.
• Identify risks and develop mitigation; ensure regulatory compliance.
• Implement quality control and conduct site inspections.
• Prepare monthly project reports for customers.

Education

Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or related field

Minimum 10 years Construction Project Management experience

PMP certification preferred

Experience with Federal Construction projects, USACE preferred

Strong interpersonal and presentation skills
