Job summary

Accura Engineering and Consulting Services, Inc. is seeking a Senior Construction Manager to lead complex federal construction projects on site at F.E. Warren AFB, Cheyenne, WY, with a focus on planning, scheduling, budgeting, and quality control.

The role requires coordinating with architects, engineers, and contractors and ensuring milestones are met. The ideal candidate has 10+ years of construction PM experience, a Bachelor's degree in a related field, and PMP certification is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, architecture, or related field.
• Minimum 10 years of construction project management experience.
• PMP certification preferred.
• Experience with Federal Construction projects, particularly USACE, is preferred.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of construction projects from planning to closeout.
• Manage project plans, schedules, and budgets.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors; communicate progress to clients and stakeholders.
• Review contract documents for schedule compliance and reasonability.
• Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies; ensure regulatory compliance.
• Implement quality control to meet specifications and standards.
• Conduct regular inspections and audits to address quality issues.
• Prepare monthly project reports displaying status and updates for customers.
• Assist with contract modification processes and government estimates.
