Job summary

Accura Engineering and Consulting Services, Inc. is seeking a Senior Construction Manager to oversee complex programs at F.E. Warren AFB. You will lead planning, scheduling, budgeting, and coordination with architects, engineers, and contractors to meet milestones.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field, 10+ years of PM experience, and preferably PMP certification; US citizenship and background checks are required. On-site work with competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or related field.
• Minimum 10 years Construction Project Management experience.
• PMP certification preferred.
• Experience with Federal Construction projects, particularly USACE.
• Strong PM leadership and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of construction projects from planning to closeout.
• Manage project plans, schedules, and budgets.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors to meet milestones and communicate progress to stakeholders.
• Review contract documents for schedule compliance and reasonability.
• Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Implement quality control measures to meet specifications and standards.
• Prepare monthly project reports for customers.
• Assist in contract modifications and government estimates as needed.
• Support site visits and owner presentations.
