Job summary

Accura Engineering & Consulting Services, Inc. seeks a Senior Construction Manager for an on-site role supporting a major project at F.E. Warren AFB.

The position requires leading planning, scheduling, budgeting, and coordination with architects, engineers, and contractors to meet critical milestones. The candidate will review contract documents, assess risks, ensure regulatory compliance, and provide mentoring to team members while managing client communications and contract negotiations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or related field required.
• Minimum 10 years construction project management experience (as stated in responsibilities).
• PMP certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of construction projects from planning to closeout.
• Manage project plans, schedules, and budgets; coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors.
• Serve as primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders; communicate progress, issues and resolutions.
