Job summary

Accura Engineering and Consulting Services, Inc. seeks a Senior Construction Manager to oversee complex federal projects at F.E. Warren AFB, Cheyenne, WY.

Lead planning, scheduling, budgeting, and field execution while coordinating with architects, engineers, and contractors to meet milestones. Requires a Bachelor's in Engineering/Construction Management/Architecture, 10+ years PM experience, and PMP preferred. U.S.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or related field.
• Minimum 10 years of Construction Project Management experience.
• PMP certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of construction projects from planning to closeout.
• Manage project plans, schedules, and budgets.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors to meet milestones.
• Review contract documents for schedule compliance.
• Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Ensure compliance with legal/regulatory requirements.
• Implement quality control measures and conduct inspections.
• Prepare monthly project reports and communicate updates to stakeholders.
• Assist with contract negotiations, modification documentation, and client meetings.
