Job summary

Accura Engineering & Consulting Services, Inc. seeks a Senior Construction Manager for on-site leadership at F.E. Warren AFB, Cheyenne, WY.

The role oversees all phases of construction projects, coordinating with architects, engineers, and contractors while maintaining schedules, budgets, and safety standards. You will lead project teams, review contract documents, manage risks, and deliver monthly status reports to owners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree inEngineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or related field.
• PMP certification preferred.
• Minimum 10 years Construction Project Management experience is expected (from the education/experience section).
• Experience with Federal Construction projects, particularly USACE, is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of construction projects from planning to closeout.
• Manage project plans, schedules, and budgets.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors; serve as main client contact.
• Review contract documents for schedule compliance and reasonability.
• Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies; ensure regulatory compliance.
• Implement quality control to meet specifications and standards.
• Conduct inspections and audits to address quality issues.
• Prepare payment estimates and monitor progress and % complete.
• Produce monthly project status reports for customers.
• Assist with contract negotiations, modifications, and scope development.
