Job summary

Accura Engineering & Consulting Services, Inc. is seeking a Senior Construction Manager to lead projects at F.E. Warren AFB in Cheyenne, WY.

Responsibilities include coordinating with design teams, managing schedules and budgets, and ensuring compliance with all contract requirements and safety standards. The role requires a minimum of 10 years in construction project management, a strong track record with federal projects (USACE preferred), and excellent leadership and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or related field.
• Minimum 10 years of construction project management experience.
• PMP certification preferred.
• Experience with Federal Construction projects, particularly USACE, preferred.
• Ability to lead and motivate teams; strong presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of construction projects from planning to closeout.
• Manage project plans, schedules, and budgets.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors; serve as main client contact.
• Review contract documents for schedule compliance and reasonability.
• Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies; ensure regulatory compliance.
• Implement quality control to meet specs and standards.
• Conduct inspections and audits to address quality issues.
• Prepare correspondence on contractor performance and RFIs/REAs.
