Snatch UP Jobs is hiring a Senior Retail Implementation & Delivery Lead to steer complex, customer-facing transformation programs across North America. This senior IC role is remote, US-based, with 30%+ travel across the US and Canada, and will own end-to-end delivery from discovery through go-live with diverse retail clients.

• Hands-on experience leading retail software implementations.
• Experience in fashion and apparel retail domain.
• Ability to move complex projects forward with limited teams.
• Strong stakeholder management and executive communication.

Responsabilidades

• Lead retail software implementations from discovery to go-live and post-go-live support.
• Own project plans, milestones, dependencies, risks and issue resolution across multiple customer projects.
• Translate fashion and apparel retail requirements into practical solutions with product and technical teams.
• Lead customer workshops and executive delivery reviews with clarity and confidence.
• Support discovery and solution scoping during pre-sales activities.
