Job summary

Snatch UP Jobs is seeking a Senior Retail Implementation & Delivery Lead to guide complex transformation projects across North America. This hands-on individual contributor role is remote from the US East Coast with 30%+ travel across the US and Canada.

You will lead end-to-end retail software implementations, own project plans, and collaborate with product and technical teams to turn fashion retail requirements into practical solutions.

Qualifications

Hands-on experience in fashion and apparel retail, including planning, merchandising, allocation, replenishment or inventory optimisation.
Track record of delivering retail technology implementations at customer sites.
Strong delivery judgment and ability to move complex projects forward without a large team.
Experience managing multiple projects and ongoing customer relationships.

Responsibilities

Lead retail software implementations from discovery through testing, acceptance and go-live.
Own project plans, milestones, dependencies, risks and issue resolution across multiple projects.
Translate fashion retail needs into actionable solutions with product and technical teams.
Lead workshops, executive conversations and delivery reviews with clarity and confidence.
Support discovery, demonstrations and solution scoping during pre-sales.
