Job summary

Snatch UP Jobs, a retail technology company, is seeking a Senior Retail Implementation & Delivery Lead to steer complex, customer-facing transformation projects across North America. This is a remote, US-based role with 30%+ travel across the US and Canada.

You will lead end-to-end retail software implementations, own project plans and risks, translate fashion retail requirements to practical solutions, and run workshops and delivery reviews for executives.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience leading retail software implementations from discovery through go-live.
• Strong ability to own project plans, milestones, risks and issues.

Responsibilities

• Lead retail software implementations from discovery and scope through testing, customer acceptance and go-live.
• Own project plans, milestones, dependencies, risks and issue resolution across several active customer projects.
• Turn fashion and apparel retail requirements into practical solutions with product and technical teams.
• Lead customer workshops, executive conversations, and delivery reviews with clarity and confidence.
• Support discovery, demonstrations and solution scoping during pre-sales.
