Job summary

Snatch UP Jobs is seeking a Retail Implementation Specialist to lead complex, customer-facing transformation projects across North America. This is a hands-on, individual contributor role, remote and US-based, with 30%+ travel across the US and Canada.

You will guide implementations from discovery through go-live, own plans and risks, and translate fashion retail requirements into actionable solutions with product and technical teams.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in fashion and apparel retail.
• Proven track record delivering retail tech implementations.
• Ability to move complex projects forward without a large team.

Responsibilities

• Lead retail software implementations from discovery to go-live.
• Own project plans, milestones, risks and issue resolution.
• Translate fashion retail requirements into practical solutions with product and tech teams.
• Lead customer workshops and delivery reviews with clarity and confidence.
• Support discovery, demonstrations and solution scoping during pre-sales.
