Job summary

Snatch UP Jobs is seeking a Senior Retail Implementation & Delivery Lead to steer complex, customer-facing transformation projects across North America. This hands-on IC role is remote from the US East Coast with 30%+ travel to the US and Canada.

You will own project plans, milestones, risks, and resolutions while translating fashion retail requirements into practical solutions with product and technical teams. Strong customer presence is essential.

Qualifications

• Hands-on delivery of retail technology implementations at customer sites.
• Senior IC with ability to drive complex projects forward.
• Strong stakeholder and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead retail software implementations from discovery and scope through testing, customer acceptance and go-live.
• Own project plans, milestones, dependencies, risks and issue resolution across several active customer projects.
• Turn fashion and apparel retail requirements into practical solutions with product and technical teams.
• Lead customer workshops, executive conversations and delivery reviews with clarity and confidence.
• Support discovery, demonstrations and solution scoping during pre-sales.
