The role requires deep fashion and apparel retail experience, a proven track record delivering retail technology implementations at customer sites, and the ability to drive multiple projects forward with minimal direct support.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience delivering retail technology implementations at customer sites.
• Deep knowledge of fashion and apparel retail processes (planning, merchandising, allocation, replenishment, inventory optimization).
• Ability to manage multiple projects and customer relationships without large teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead retail software implementations from discovery through testing and go-live.
• Own project plans, milestones, dependencies, risks and issue resolution across multiple customer projects.
• Translate fashion retail requirements into practical solutions with product and technical teams.
• Lead customer workshops and executive reviews with clarity and confidence.
• Support discovery, demonstrations, and scoping during pre-sales.
