Job summary

You will collaborate with fashion and apparel retail teams and product/technical groups to translate requirements into practical solutions, run workshops, and keep projects moving with clear communication.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience delivering retail technology implementations at customer sites.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and balance priorities.
• Strong presentation and stakeholder management skills.
• Comfort working in a senior IC role with travel across regions.

Responsibilities

• Lead retail software implementations from discovery to go-live.
• Own project plans, milestones, dependencies, risks, and issue-resolution.
• Translate fashion/apparel retail requirements into practical solutions with product/tech teams.
• Facilitate customer workshops, executive conversations, and delivery reviews.
• Support discovery and scoping during pre-sales activities.
