Job summary

Snatch UP Jobs in the United States is seeking a Senior Retail Delivery Consultant to lead complex, customer-facing transformation projects across North America. This hands-on individual contributor role is remote, US-based with 30%+ travel across the US and Canada.

You will drive implementations from discovery to go-live, own plans, risks, and deliver practical fashion retail solutions with product and technical teams. Travel and senior IC experience are essential.

Qualifications

Hands-on experience in fashion and apparel retail (planning, merchandising, allocation, replenishment or inventory optimisation).
Proven record of delivering retail technology implementations at customer sites.
Strong delivery judgment and ability to move complex projects forward with minimal team.
Experience managing multiple projects and ongoing customer relationships.
Comfort in a senior IC role and willingness to travel regularly.

Responsibilities

Lead retail software implementations from discovery and scope through testing, customer acceptance and go-live.
Own project plans, milestones, dependencies, risks and issue resolution across several active customer projects.
Translate fashion and apparel retail requirements into practical solutions with product and technical teams.
Lead customer workshops, executive conversations and delivery reviews with clarity and confidence.
Support discovery, demonstrations and solution scoping during pre-sales.
