Job summary

Nestlé Health Science in the United States is seeking a Senior Manager of Factory Engineering to lead engineering strategy for the site, ensuring safety, product quality, and environmental compliance while driving capital projects and maintenance excellence. You will align with leadership to deliver world-class operations.

You will build technical competencies, manage budgets, and collaborate with production and other functions to improve reliability, reduce costs, and advance sustainability

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field; experience may substitute.
• 10+ years of related work experience with 3+ years of leadership experience.
• Knowledge of food safety and hygienic engineering preferred.
• Strong financial analysis, KPI tracking and capital budgeting skills.
• Familiar with TPM and continuous improvement methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Define and monitor factory engineering plans in line with policy and principles.
• Set the technical strategic vision for the factory and cascade objectives.
• Develop and maintain technical competencies at the factory.
• Drive equipment reliability through TPM and maintenance foundations.
• Collaborate with production and cross-functional teams to build world-class operation.
