Job summary

You'll guide site SMEs, implement NCE Reliability programs, and collaborate with engineering, quality, and production to drive continuous improvement while maintaining compliance and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; 1–3 years in manufacturing maintenance is ideal.
• Strong leadership abilities to guide maintenance and operations teams.
• Knowledge of TPM/PM tools and preventive maintenance practices.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance functions for manufacturing, processing, packaging and utilities.
• Mentor and develop Maintenance and Operations teams in TPM/ reliability practices.
• Lead documentation for equipment history, root cause analysis and asset management.
