Job summary

Nestlé Health Science in the United States seeks a Senior Production Manager to drive the production plan across multiple shifts while upholding safety, quality, and regulatory standards. You will lead several teams, develop talent, and push continuous improvement to meet ambitious objectives and ensure timely launches of new products to market.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering, Business, Food Science or Organizational Leadership/Supervision.
8+ years in food industry production, purchasing or packaging with progressive leadership responsibility.
Experience in CI, employee engagement and change management.

Responsibilities

Ensure finished products are manufactured to quality, safety and GMP standards on time.
Lead Daily/Weekly/Monthly Operations Reviews to meet production plans.
Develop workforce and assets with flexible allocation and succession planning.
Provide coaching to develop direct reports and drive on-site development.
Promote positive labor relations and teamwork across shifts.
Drive a culture of continuous improvement and safety.
