Nestlé Health Science seeks a Senior Manager, Factory Engineering to lead engineering activities for the factory, delivering strategic technical leadership while prioritizing people health, product safety, and environmental compliance.

You will drive capital execution, asset maintenance, utilities excellence, and sustainability while collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve world-class operations.

Formación

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Chemical, or Process) is required or equivalent experience.
• At least 10 years of related work experience with 3+ years in leadership/management.
• Knowledge of food safety and hygienic engineering (OSH&R) preferred.
• Strong understanding of financial analysis and key drivers such as standard costing, asset and maintenance management, and CAPEX budgeting.
• Familiarity with TPM and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Proficiency with AutoCAD, Visio, CDM, AMM, ESAT, CIAT, NEMT and similar tools/systems.
• Demonstrated technical and managerial capabilities in food processing plant operations, utilities, maintenance, and hygienic engineering requirements.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills for high-pressure environments.
• Experience in Project Engineering/Management, including plant design and construction.

Responsabilidades

• Define and monitor the Factory Engineering teams plans and objectives per the Engineering Policy and NEE master document.
• Lead with Nestlé leadership principles and cascade objectives to all engineering leaders.
• Set the technical strategic vision for the factory and manage capital execution within cost targets.
• Develop and maintain technical competencies, including action plans and talent development.
• Drive equipment reliability by implementing TPM foundations and maintenance best practices.
• Collaborate with production and cross-functional teams to build world-class operations.
• Improve maintenance cost structure by enhancing technical skills and optimizing third-party spend.
• Drive capital market business strategy alignment with business needs and master planning.
• Ensure compliance with governing bodies for utilities systems and safety requirements.
