Job summary

Nestlé USA is seeking a Corporate Maintenance Engineering Expert to lead the maintenance strategy across our US factories. You will coach, train, and support plants in deploying the Nestlé Maintenance Strategy at optimal cost, while aligning with the NAOOMI framework and Nestlé leadership principles.

You will implement PM methodologies, asset management, and digital tools (CMMS, SAP AMM, Power BI), build capabilities, and drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Chemical, Electrical, Food Engineering or equivalent.
• 7+ years in a technical field, with leadership experience in maintenance.
• Strong knowledge of PM systems and TPM impact.
• Experience with CMMS and SAP AMM is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, improve, and implement the Category maintenance strategy to deliver the category goals.
• Provide regular reporting of team performance to Corporate Engineering and Global Maintenance organizations.
• Ensure alignment with market roadmaps and KPIs.
• Ensure factory visits are effective and build competency.
• Maintain expertise in maintenance management and market systems.
• Champion Nestlé Leadership Behaviours and foster accountability, collaboration, and results.
