Job summary

Nestlé Health Science seeks a Senior Manager, Factory Engineering to lead the factory's engineering activities, ensuring safety and compliance while driving capital projects and maintenance excellence.

You will set a strategic vision, drive TPM, asset reliability, utilities, automation, and continuous improvements. You will partner with cross-functional teams to build world‑class operations and sustainable practices.

Qualifications

University degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Chemical, Process or equivalent).
10+ years related work experience.
3+ years of leadership/management experience.
Knowledge of food safety and regulatory requirements preferred.

Responsibilities

Define, propose and monitor the implementation of the Factory Engineering teams plans and objectives in accordance with the Engineering Policy and Nestlé Engineering Excellence master document.
Live Nestle leadership principles in all aspects of the role.
Set the technical strategic vision for the factory and cascade objectives within cost targets.
Develop and maintain technical competencies at the factory and plan career progression.
