Job summary

Nestlé Health Science is seeking a Senior Manufacturing Excellence Manager to lead the factory-wide performance improvement strategy and serve as the center of expertise for NCE and Industrial Performance activities. You will drive data reliability, governance, and strategic planning with the Factory Leadership Team.

This role requires 8+ years in manufacturing/continuous improvement, a related degree or 10 years’ experience in lieu of degree, and strong TPM/Lean expertise.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in food science, engineering or related field; 10 years’ experience in lieu of degree.
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification desired.
• 8+ years in manufacturing or continuous improvement environment.
• Food/CPG experience preferred with 2+ years production/maintenance, 2+ years working with management, 2+ years of project management, loss intelligence, and problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement factory-wide performance improvement strategy (NCE).
• Oversee NCE implementation within the factory and drive Industrial Performance.
• Lead data reliability, SAP BOM/Master Data, planning rate reviews, and asset utilization systems.
• Lead the Strategic plan (OMP) development and factory improvement strategy.
• Cascade market priorities to the factory and align leadership.
• Embed NCE projects into factory objectives with governance.
• Coach leadership teams in Manufacturing competencies and TPM/Lean methodologies.
• Manage projects to improve results and cost efficiency.
