Job summary

Nestlé USA is seeking an Engineering Project Manager Expert to lead capital projects in our factories. You will drive project execution, from charter through commissioning, coordinating with design, construction and operations teams to meet scope, budget and schedule.

You will apply TPM and continuous improvement principles, ensure GMP and safety compliance, and provide startup support as needed. A strong engineering background and SAP/Microsoft Project experience are highly valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering required.
• 7+ years managing capital projects in manufacturing or related environments.
• Experience with SAP and/or Microsoft Project preferred.
• TPM experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage capital projects from charter to commissioning.
• Coordinate with design, construction, and operations teams.
• Manage project budget, milestones, and schedules with monthly updates.
• Ensure compliance with quality, GMP, FDA and OSHA regulations.
• Develop and approve procurement strategies and contractor selections.
• Provide construction management and plant startup support as needed.
