Job summary

Nestlé USA seeks a Manufacturing Excellence Specialist to advance factory performance and TPM routines. You will work closely with the Local Leadership Team and shop floor teams to strengthen TPM practices, improve data reliability, eliminate losses, and accelerate high‑impact improvement initiatives.

The ideal candidate combines strong analytical thinking with hands‑on coaching to turn opportunities into sustainable results and will influence cross‑functional teams to achieve factory goals.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree preferred in engineering, manufacturing, operations, business, or related field.
• 1–3 years manufacturing experience with factory management/leadership collaboration.
• Experience in TPM, Lean, or continuous improvement implementation.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Local Leadership Team to define and execute factory performance improvement strategy.
• Translate plans and analyses into a practical improvement roadmap.
• Drive alignment and rollout of improvement priorities across Production.
• Lead TPM deployment, digital solutions, capital projects, and cost-saving opportunities.
• Coach and develop LLT and shop floor teams; sustain results through governance routines.
• Train system owners on core operating systems and coordinate external support when needed.
