Nestlé Health Science is seeking a Senior Manager, Factory Engineering in Franklin Park, IL to lead engineering activities with strategic technical expertise. You will guard health, safety, product integrity, and environmental standards while guiding capital planning, asset maintenance, and utilities excellence.

This role requires strategic vision, cross-functional collaboration, and strong leadership across the engineering function.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or related field required; experience may substitute.
• 10+ years related work experience with at least 3+ years in leadership/management.
• Familiarity with TPM and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Proficiency with AutoCAD, Visio, ESAT, CIAT, NEMT or similar tools.

Responsabilités

• Define team plans and monitor implementation per Engineering Excellence standards.
• Set technical vision for factory and cascade objectives within cost targets.
• Develop and maintain technical competencies, including career planning.
• Drive equipment reliability via TPM and maintenance foundations.
• Collaborate with production and cross-functional teams for world-class operation.
• Improve maintenance cost structure through skills and 3rd-party spend optimization.
• Develop and execute capital market strategy aligned with business needs.
• Maintain reliability and TPM in electrical components and utilities.
