Job summary

Nestlé USA is seeking a senior maintenance leader to implement the Maintenance Foundations and NAOOMI in assigned Categories. You will coach factories, lead the maintenance strategy, and partner with engineering and production teams to drive cost-effective reliability and continuous improvement.

The role requires deep TPM/PM expertise, strong leadership, and the ability to travel domestically up to 50% while aligning with Nestlé standards and safety guidelines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Chemical, Electrical, Food Engineering or 20+ years' experience in relevant industries.
• 7+ years in a technical field, with leadership of Maintenance or Factory Engineering.
• Willingness to travel domestically up to 50%.
• Strong knowledge of PM systems and TPM impact.
• Experience leading a Maintenance Improvement Team in a factory.
• Proven indirect leadership and influence strategy.
• Familiarity with CMMS; SAP AMM preferred.
• Proficient with MS Office, Power BI, Copilot.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Self-motivated with initiative and self-management.
• Excellent networking across organization.
• Knowledge of Nestlé Corporate Principles and standards.
• Understanding Nestlé Engineering Standards and Manufacturing Resources Performance.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, improve, and implement the Category maintenance strategy to deliver goals.
• Provide alignment and regular reporting to Corporate Engineering and Leadership.
• Ensure alignment with T&P Market roadmap and KPIs.
• Ensure Category maintenance team meets factory and market needs.
• Align Category strategy with Nestlé Continuous Excellence and global requirements.
• Ensure factory visits are effective and build competency.
• Document and communicate processes and systems to factories.
• Develop the team to deliver business results.
• Maintain expertise in maintenance management and market systems.
• Leverage benchmarking to validate strategy and drive improvements.
• Foster Nestlé Leadership Behaviors and accountability.
• Build credibility with factory personnel as a maintenance expert.
• Manage M&I budgets for reliable equipment at optimal cost.
• Develop category competencies to support M&I objectives.
