Job summary

Nestlé Health Science is seeking a Senior Manager, Factory Engineering in the United States. The role leads engineering activities for the factory, ensuring safety, quality, and environmental compliance while shaping a strategic technical vision for reliability and sustainability.

You will drive capital execution, TPM-based maintenance foundations, and cross-functional collaboration to deliver world-class operations at scale. Relocation assistance is offered.

Qualifications

• University degree in Engineering is required.
• 10+ years related work experience with 3+ years of leadership experience.
• Knowledge of food safety and regulatory requirements for hygienic engineering preferred.
• Strong understanding of financial analysis, Nestlé costing, CAPEX budgeting, and maintenance management.
• Familiarity with TPM and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Proficiency with AutoCAD, Visio, CDM, AMM, ESAT, CIAT, NEMT and similar tools.

Responsibilities

• Define, propose and monitor the Factory Engineering teams plans and objectives.
• Set the technical strategic vision for the factory and cascade objectives.
• Develop and maintain technical competencies at the factory with action plans.
• Drive equipment reliability through TPM and maintenance foundations.
• Drive capital execution and cost management within factory targets.
