Job summary

Nestlé Health Science is recruiting a Senior Reliability Specialist to lead aseptic filling and packaging equipment reliability. You will drive TPM/RCM, troubleshoot complex issues, and coach maintenance staff while aligning with Nestlé standards across shifts.

You will collaborate with Operations, Maintenance, Engineering, OEMs, and technical partners to reduce losses and deliver sustainable improvements in line performance. Relocation assistance is available.

Qualifications

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Manufacturing Technology, Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering preferred.
• Strong TPM/RCM knowledge and preventive maintenance planning experience.
• Proven ability to lead cross‑functional teams and drive maintenance improvements.
• Experience with safety, SHE, food safety, quality and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Own and improve TPMS and reliability program for aseptic filling and packaging equipment.
• Provide technical leadership for reliability, maintenance strategy, and Nestlé standards.
• Lead maintenance events, ensure safety, scope, scheduling, and resources.
• Analyze performance data to identify root causes and improvement opportunities.
• Coach and develop maintenance and operations teams; enforce best practices.
