Job summary

Nestlé is seeking a Maintenance Manager for our Saint Joseph, Missouri facility. You will lead a team to maximize equipment performance, safety, and TPM standards while managing daily maintenance work, preventative tasks, and repairs.

You will mentor technicians, drive cost-efficient maintenance strategies, and oversee capital projects with guidance from the leadership team. A strong safety culture and team leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of maintenance experience in manufacturing or technical environments.
• 3+ years of people leadership experience.
• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee maintenance support to factory equipment.
• Direct and coordinate maintenance activities to maintain equipment and TPM goals.
• Manage KPIs for planning and scheduling and oversee work order management.
• Oversee storeroom and inventory to ensure efficient spaces and parts availability.
• Execute and manage capital projects for new factory equipment with leadership guidance.
