Job summary

Nestlé Health Science is seeking a Senior Manager, Factory Engineering to lead engineering activities, provide professional engineering and strategic technical expertise. You will set the technical vision for the factory, oversee TPM, asset maintenance, utilities, and ensure safety, reliability, and cost discipline while partnering with cross‑functional teams to deliver world‑class operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Chemical, or Process).
• 10+ years of related work experience with at least 3+ years in leadership.
• Familiarity with TPM and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Proficiency with AutoCAD, Visio, ESAT, CIAT, NEMT or similar tools.
• Experience in Project Engineering/Management, including plant design and construction.

Responsibilities

• Define the Factory Engineering team’s plans and objectives within Nestlé Engineering Excellence.
• Set the technical strategic vision for the factory and cascade objectives.
• Develop and maintain technical competencies at the factory with action plans.
• Drive equipment reliability through TPM foundations.
• Collaborate with production and cross-functional teams for world-class operation.
• Improve maintenance cost structure through skills and 3rd party spend optimization.
• Develop and execute capital market business strategy aligned with business needs.
• Maintain reliability and world-class water management and electrical systems.
• Manage engineering cost plans with year-over-year improvements.
