Job summary

Nestlé Health Science seeks a Senior Electrical and Automation Engineer for our Franklin Park manufacturing facility. You will be the system owner for automation, OT, and process controls, guiding projects and ensuring safe, reliable operations.

You will drive digital transformation, coordinate with maintenance and IT, supervise contractor work, and shape the future of factory performance with data-driven insights.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in Electrical, Automation and Controls Field Engineering.
• Experience with MES, IIoT, OT and predictive technologies.
• Strong project management skills for complex programs.
• Knowledge of electrical systems 480V or less.
• Familiarity with NFPA, NEC and industrial safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for electrical & automation systems.
• Lead OT deployments to improve efficiency, quality and reliability.
• Drive incident investigations and implement corrective actions.
• Support Digital Transformation initiatives and TPM programs.
• Oversee maintenance and project execution to maximize uptime.
