Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent.
- 10+ years related experience; 3+ years in leadership/management.
- Knowledge of food safety and hygienic engineering practices preferred.
- Familiarity with TPM and continuous improvement methodologies.
- Experience with project engineering/management including plant design.
Responsibilities
- Define and monitor engineering plans aligned with policies and principles.
- Set technical strategic vision for factory engineering within cost targets.
- Develop and maintain competencies and succession plans for the factory.
- Drive equipment reliability and maintenance foundations (TPM).
- Lead capital execution and cost management for engineering activities.
- Drive sustainability, water management and utility reliability.
- Coordinate automation plans and compliance with Nestlé standards.
