Job summary

King & George seeks a Facility Manager and Real Property Maintenance Manager to lead on-site operations at Pittsburgh Air Reserve Station, Coraopolis, PA. You will direct daily facilities management, coordinate multi-trade work, and ensure preventive and corrective maintenance using CMMS tools.

You will oversee outages, emergency response, and resource planning, with 24/7 on-site availability and liaison with government representatives. Prior FM leadership experience required.

Qualifications

• Must have CFM or FMP credential; experience cannot substitute.
• Six+ years of management-level experience in facilities/operations.
• Fluent English communication with Government representatives.

Responsibilities

• Plan, lead and troubleshoot corrective maintenance and plant operations.
• Track tasks and coordinate priorities with the Base Civil Engineer.
• Provide on-site availability for meetings within 30 minutes and response within 1 hour, 24/7.
• Maintain exclusive assignment and coverage for the position.
• Review PM completion, priorities, backlog and resource availability.
• Coordinate multi-trade emergency response and restoration with Work Control and customers.
• Use estimator input and workload data to validate resources.
• Verify credential coverage before assigning licensed tasks.
• Ensure completion evidence, test results and follow-up tasks are recorded and reviewed by QCM.
