Job summary

King & George, LLC is seeking a Materiel Management Manager for the Pittsburgh Air Reserve Station in Coraopolis, PA. You will manage on-site materiel services, oversee personnel, and coordinate with the Government Accountable Officer to ensure timely, compliant support.

Responsibilities include direct receipt, storage, issue, inventory, and maintaining separation of duties across inventory accountability while ensuring accurate reporting and audit readiness.

Qualifications

• Five years of documented management experience within the last ten years in military materiel management services or a commercial equivalent.
• Three years using Air Force ILS-S/ESS or AFITS within the last five years; one year of base-level general materiel management; and two years in a managerial capacity.
• Proficiency with materiel management systems; no specific certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Direct receipt, storage, issue, inventory and related materiel support.
• Manage system access and segregation of inventory accountability duties.
• Coordinate with the Government Accountable Officer; do not assume the AO role.
• Remain within the materiel management function and provide qualified alternate coverage.
• Review supply performance, stock availability, discrepancies and overdue actions with responsible specialists.
• Coordinate reporting and audit readiness with EAE and inventory personnel while retaining management-only responsibility.
• Monitor system access and TRIC assignments and upscale incompatible duties or permissions.
• Provide process oversight and training without entering ILS-S/AFITS transactions or handling warehouse stock.
