Job summary

King & George, LLC is seeking a full-time on-site Facility Manager and Real Property Maintenance Manager for the Pittsburgh Air Reserve Station in Coraopolis, PA to lead real property operations and coordinate multi-trade maintenance and outages.

You will use CMMS and NexGen IT data to balance workloads, ensure after-hours readiness, supervise preventive and corrective maintenance, and verify credentials and safety training.

Qualifications

• Current CFM, FMP, or equivalent credential required; experience cannot substitute.
• Six years of management-level facilities/maintenance/operations experience required.

Responsibilities

• Lead multi-trade maintenance and plant operations on-site.
• Coordinate outages, emergencies, and resource planning with Base Civil Engineer.
• Manage maintenance priorities using CMMS work status and performance reports.
• Ensure on-site core-hour coverage and after-hours availability for the role.
• Verify credential coverage and safety training before tasks are assigned.
