King & George, LLC is seeking a full-time on-site Facility Manager and Real Property Maintenance Manager for the Pittsburgh Air Reserve Station in Coraopolis, PA to lead real property operations and coordinate multi-trade maintenance and outages.
You will use CMMS and NexGen IT data to balance workloads, ensure after-hours readiness, supervise preventive and corrective maintenance, and verify credentials and safety training.

Area of Requirement: Pittsburgh Air Reserve Station, Coraopolis, PA 15108
Lead real property operations and maintenance as the full-time on-site Facility/RPM Manager, with authority to direct daily operations and coordinate multi-trade work. Manage preventive and corrective maintenance through Work Control, skilled trades, production control, estimating and supply support. Use NexGen IT performance information and the secondary CMMS to balance workload, protect planned maintenance and respond to changing mission needs. Coordinate outages, resources, subcontract support and restoration testing, with particular attention to critical facilities and after-hours emergencies.
