Job summary

King & George seeks a Program Manager to lead all base operations support contract functions at the Pittsburgh Air Reserve Station in Coraopolis, PA. This full-time, on-site role requires coordinating performance, staffing and delivery while interfacing with Government representatives.

You will maintain staffing plans, manage escalations, and oversee readiness reviews while ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Three years within the last six years managing three or more BOS functions or equivalent.
• PM/Project Management certification from an accredited agency.
• Ability to interface with Government representatives and coordinate across teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead all base operations support contract functions as the on-site manager.
• Direct functional managers and coordinate integrated contract performance.
• Attend Government meetings and be available for emergencies within two hours.
• Maintain staffing plans, recall roster and succession coverage.
• Provide oversight and ensure quality, safety and delivery standards.
• Coordinate communications between Government, staffing and corporate support.
