Job summary

KING AND GEORGE LLC is seeking a full-time Facility Manager and Real Property Maintenance Manager at an on-site location (Pittsburgh Air Reserve Station, Coraopolis, PA). The role directs daily real property maintenance, prioritizes work, and coordinates multi-trade efforts to ensure mission readiness and facility reliability.

The candidate will oversee preventive and corrective maintenance through CMMS and coordinate outages, resources, and testing.

Qualifications

• Six years of management-level experience in construction, maintenance, and/or operation of facilities and utilities.
• Read, write and speak English fluently when interfacing with Government representatives.

Responsibilities

• Plan, lead and troubleshoot corrective maintenance, preventive maintenance and plant operations.
• Coordinate outages, resources, subcontract support and restoration testing, with attention to critical facilities and after-hours emergencies.
• Provide on-site availability for meetings within 30 minutes during core hours and respond within one hour after hours, 24/7.
